Lady Elliot Island

Lady Elliot Island is a coral cay located at the southern tip of the World Heritage Listed Great Barrier Reef. Approximately 80 kilometres northeast of Bundaberg and nestled in between Fraser Island and Lady Musgrave Island. Lady Elliot Island is the closed Great Barrier Island to Brisbane.

The Island is regarded as one of the best snorkelling and diving destinations on the Reef and is a haven for manta rays, turtles, dolphins, reef sharks and humpback whales which migrate between May and November each year, and can be spotted daily.  Lady Elliot Island is only 100 acres and is small enough to walk around in 45 minutes.

Visitor numbers are strictly limited to 150 overnight guests and 100 day guests. Small planes and boats provide guests with a more intimate experience.

Lady Elliot Island can be easily accessed via a scenic flight from Brisbane (Redcliffe), Gold Coast (Coolangatta), Hervey Bay/Fraser Coast or Bundaberg. We have some amazing tours on offer from day trips to 2 night package deals.

Minimum numbers apply. Limited availability.
