1. Endeavour Park & Air Sea Rescue Parks
On the 1770 Foreshore you will find these beautiful parks with free BBQs, gazebos, green lawns, toilets and stunning water views. Oh, and magnificent sunsets.
2. Workmans Beach
A beautiful lawned park under towering trees at the top of Workman’s Beach. It already sounds wonderful – doesn’t it? Free BBQs, tables, toilets and a shower to wash off the sand. Keep an eye out for yoga classes.
3. Tom Jeffrey Park
At the entrance to Main Beach you’ll find this popular park with full facilities and a playground, within walking distance to the shops. You may have to share space with Brushturkeys, though!
4. Agnes Water Skate Park
Located 100 metres past the Agnes Water Museum on Springs Road, the skate bowl also has a play area for the younger kids, tables, toilets and tap water.
5. Eurimbula Creek, Eurimbula National Park
A secluded beach on Bustard Bay, sheltered picnic tables and opportunities for fishing and boating in the creek. Sounds like a great day out.
6. Wreck Rock, Deepwater National Park
Picnic tables and toilets, all a short stroll from an uncrowded beach where you can play in rock pools, do a spot of fishing or just do …. nothing.
